Project and Feasibility Form Example

1 PLANNING (FEASIBILITY) REPORT

2 The planning process is prepared at three levels, namely preliminary investigation (exploration), planning (feasibility) and final project.

Preliminary investigation or Reconnaissance Report covers the findings of the first examination on alternative water resources development plans. If the results are negative, the study is terminated. On the other hand, if the findings are positive, suggestions for more detailed studies are given in the preliminary examination report.

3. The planning (feasibility) report forms the end of the planning process
The planning (feasibility) report forms the end of the planning process. At this stage, sufficient data has been collected, alternative plans have been adequately examined, socio-economic analyzes have been completed, and the most appropriate plan has been selected. The planning team presents its findings to the relevant authority in the form of a planning or feasibility report. The final project report, on the other hand, provides the basis for the construction of the facilities envisaged in the project. The preliminary projects and discoveries in the planning report are only in detail to form a basis for comparison of alternative projects and the chosen plan. Before starting the construction of the project, detailed construction projects are prepared.

4. Basic Principles of the Planning Report
All stages that form the basis of the recommendations in the report should be carefully documented. The report should be written in a clear and neat manner that can be easily understood even when examined by non-experts. should be evaluated objectively.
