Analyzing the company’s current operational and financial status and preparing a comprehensive assessment report. This report serves as the foundation for the strategic roadmap and includes identified risks.

Future market conditions are evaluated by considering political, macroeconomic, and sectoral dynamics. Potential opportunities and threats are analyzed, and the most appropriate business strategies are defined through comprehensive meetings with company shareholders, resulting in a strategic roadmap.

These meetings are held regularly on a monthly basis to ensure that the strategic roadmap remains up to date in line with evolving conditions.

Based on defined strategies and local/international growth objectives, short- and medium-term business plans are prepared. In parallel, financial projections including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements are developed.

These financial projections are updated monthly within a rolling 12-month horizon, and necessary strategic adjustments are determined together with management.

Funding needs are addressed by considering shareholder interests and applying optimal cost and low-risk principles through instruments such as commercial debt, bank loans, project finance, foreign partnerships, or initial public offerings.

Management reporting processes are developed to enable in-depth analysis of operational and financial performance, and necessary systems are designed, with active participation in monthly evaluation meetings.

Upon management request, projects in areas such as human resources, ERP infrastructure, foreign partnerships, and financial restructuring are planned, managed, and successfully completed.

An active role is taken in monthly executive board meetings, including agenda management and moderation. Operational results are compared with budgets, strategic decisions are reviewed, and risks and opportunities are thoroughly assessed.

Additionally, consultancy services are provided for international structuring aimed at tax optimization and asset management, as well as corporate finance structuring (dividend policy, capital structure, financing preferences, etc.).

Services are delivered within a long-term partnership approach rather than on a project-only basis.
