Hermess Management Consulting Trading & Finance has been providing intermediary services since 2017 between clients and institutions such as banks, leasing companies, factoring companies, financing companies, financial holdings, asset management companies, representative offices of foreign banks in Turkey, and related insurance institutions in the fields of management, consulting, commercial and financial services.

The company specializes in financial consultancy, equity financing, debt financing, debt and balance sheet restructuring, and financial management projects.

Analyzing the company’s current operational and financial status and preparing a comprehensive assessment report. This report forms the basis for the strategic roadmap and includes identified risks.

Evaluating potential future market conditions by considering political, macroeconomic, and sectoral dynamics, identifying opportunities and threats, and determining the most appropriate business strategies through comprehensive meetings with company shareholders.

These meetings are held on a monthly basis to ensure that the strategic roadmap remains up to date in line with evolving conditions.

Based on defined strategies and growth targets, short- and medium-term business plans are prepared, along with financial projections including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts.

These financial projections are updated monthly within a 12-month rolling horizon, and necessary strategic adjustments are determined together with management.

Funding needs are addressed by considering shareholder interests and using the most appropriate and low-risk methods such as commercial debt, bank loans, project finance, foreign partnerships, or IPOs.

Management reporting systems are developed to enable detailed analysis of operational and financial performance, and active participation is ensured in monthly review meetings.

Upon management request, projects in areas such as human resources, ERP systems, foreign partnerships, and financial restructuring are planned, managed, and completed.

An active role is taken in monthly executive board meetings, including agenda management and moderation. Operational results are compared with budgets, strategic decisions are reviewed, and risks and opportunities are evaluated.

Additionally, consultancy services are provided for international structuring for tax optimization and asset management, as well as corporate finance structuring such as dividend policies, capital structure, and financing preferences.

These services are delivered within a long-term partnership approach rather than on a project-only basis.
