HERMESS Management Consulting Trading & Finance – as an intermediary service, is carried out under the following headings: Analyzing the current situation of the company from an operational and financial point of view and preparing a current situation analysis report. This report will form the basis of the strategic roadmap that will emerge in the continuation of the study and will also cover the observed risks. Market conditions likely to be shaped in the coming years; To determine the opportunities and threats that will arise by taking into account the political, macroeconomic developments and sectoral competitive conditions, and the most appropriate business strategies to be implemented under these conditions, by holding comprehensive meetings with the Company Partners where different scenarios will be discussed, and to present a strategic roadmap. To keep the strategic roadmap updated in line with the changing political, macroeconomic, sectoral competition and company-specific dynamics by repeating these meetings on a monthly basis.
To prepare the Company’s short and medium-term business plan according to certain assumptions in line with the determined business strategy and local and international growth targets, to prepare the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow forecast tables in parallel with this business plan. To keep these tables up-to-date with monthly meetings and 12-month horizons and to determine the necessary strategic preference changes by working with the management. To solve the emerging resource needs, taking into account the interests of the partners, with the most cost-effective and risk-free – commercial debt, bank loan, project financing, foreign partnership or public offering – by using one or more of the methods and to provide growth financing. Developing a management reporting process that will allow the Company’s Operational and Financial results to be analyzed in detail, designing the processes required for the creation of these reports, and actively participating in monthly meetings to evaluate these results. To manage and finalize the projects to be targeted and initiated in various subjects (human resources management, ERP infrastructure, foreign partnership, etc., financial structuring) in line with the request of the management. To take an active role in the executive board meetings to be held at monthly frequency, to carry out agenda management and moderation.
In these meetings, operational results will be compared with the budget and interpreted, strategic choices will be reviewed, and the problems and opportunities faced by the company and the managerial changes that have come to the agenda will be discussed. To provide consultancy services regarding the structuring to be realized in foreign countries for the purpose of tax optimization and asset management. To provide consultancy services regarding the corporate finance structure of the company (dividend policy, capital structure, financial borrowing preferences, etc.).
