Credit Guarantee Insurance
Trade Receivables Insurance is a system that guarantees your receivables to protect your cash flow.
Our global intelligence network keeps you up-to-date so you can trade with confidence by tracking the financial status of your customers.
The ultimate purpose of credit insurance, which compensates for losses due to non-payment of a commercial receivable, is to protect you against large-scale losses.
In case of bankruptcy or default of your customers, compensation is paid.
With Credit Insurance, you can insure your receivables against the risk that your company’s export and domestic sales costs cannot be collected due to reasons arising from buyers.
With Credit Insurance, you can secure both domestic and international loan payments.
With this policy, the receivables arising from the sales of goods and services with a maturity of up to 180 days to be made to buyers in countries where collateral is given within the credit limits determined within a year are secured. Since the policy is global, all shipments to be made to buyers in countries where coverage is given up to predetermined limits within the policy period are covered by insurance, without the need to prepare separate documents for each shipment or to obtain coverage.
The policy insures the receivables of foreign buyers against the risk of bankruptcy or non-payment, similar commercial and political risks, and non-payment of public buyers. In domestic credit insurance, only guarantees are provided against commercial risks.
The guarantee begins when the exporting company delivers the goods to be exported to the shipping company in export credit insurance. After this moment, if the buyer does not want the goods, it is also under guarantee. In domestic credit insurance, the guarantee starts with the delivery of the sold goods.
